My name is Matthew Wyrick and I am the owner and founder of 1910 Studios. 1910 Studios was created to provide the world with beautiful work tailored to your specific business needs. I have been a designer, photographer, and creator in many mediums for more than half of my life. I am a 2019 graduate of East Carolina University, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Graphic Design. Over the past five years, I have honed my skills in creating both print and digital media, and my passion for photography has spanned a decade. During my final two years at ECU, I served as the Senior Graphic Designer at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center, where I was entrusted with leading the graphic design and marketing initiatives for several significant campus recreation events. In addition to my academic accomplishments, I was elected Vice President of the ECU Design Associates, a student-led group that provided valuable technical assistance to fellow association members. Proficient in photography, videography, and design, I adeptly navigate the Adobe Creative Suite software to bring my creative visions to life. After graduation, I embarked on a fulfilling journey as a freelance designer, printmaker, artist, and creator. This diverse experience eventually led me to join The Hammock Source, renowned as the world's leading hammock manufacturer. As a designer there, I crafted compelling brand logos, tags, booklets, stickers, and more, contributing to the company's success. Currently, I proudly serve as a designer on East Carolina University's esteemed Creative Services team, where my passion for creativity and dedication to excellence continue to flourish.
